The Druzhba Dosti forum serves as a platform to bolster and uphold the partnership between India and Russia in all spheres. In line with the vision of our Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, who emphasized that the ties between the two countries extend from culture to defense, the forum strives to offer business, government organizations, and individuals the chance to come together, interact, and establish robust partnerships in crucial areas such as education, energy security, nuclear cooperation, defense, MSME cooperation, business partnerships, cultural exchange, quantum research, joint funding for research projects, start-up support, and to foster convergence in all strategic areas of cooperation to further the national interests of both nations.
Druzhba Dosti Forum is a non-partisan, non-profit group that believes in a multi-polar world where individuals and nations have the right to choose their partners.
Our mission is to identify economic complementarities between Russia and India and provide access to new markets for industries from both countries, creating B2B opportunities for our members. We achieve this by leveraging our strong connections across various agencies, departments, business associations, and individuals across the entire spectrum of economic and cultural cooperation – from agriculture to manufacturing, services to knowledge-based industries, nanotechnology to FDI, infrastructure to the establishment of factories.
Our vision is to act as a catalyst in establishing strong and reliable partnerships between India and Russia by connecting various stakeholders across the globe through multiple channels. Our forum is dedicated to promoting business, cultural, social, and educational exchange and relations between the two nations.
We are currently in the process of creating an advisory board that will offer advice, guidance, and support to the Druzhba Dosti Forum. This board will consist of leaders from the region who will work towards advancing the forum’s agenda.
The Secretariat of the Forum is under the leadership of the Executive Director, Mr. Anand Keshav, who oversees its day-to-day management and operations.
